U.S. Axle capabilities include the ability to gundrill , deep hole drill, hone, counterbore, skive, burnish and trepann inner diameters in shafts, cylinders, tubes, and threaded tubes up to 89" (2260mm) long, and 1/8 ” (3.2mm) to 6 ” (152mm) in diameter . Our counter-rotation capability allows us to apply straight and concentric holes for this length. Our capabilities include fine surface finishes and tight inner diameter tolerances.
