U.S. Axle capabilities include the ability to turn and thread outer diameters on precision shafts, flanged shafts, cylinders, tubes, threaded tubes and axle shafts, 8” (200mm) to 140” (3550mm) long, and 2.0” (50mm) to 10” (254mm) in diameter and with flanges up to 20” (500mm) in diameter. Our unique turning capability allows us to turn and thread deep inner diameters in tubes, cylinders, and threaded tubes. We have much experience with special threading applications such as tapered API, ACME, special thread forms and coarse pitch forms.

Our milling capabilities include live tooling lathes, horizontal machining centers, and verticle machining centers. Our most common applications include face milling, drilled and tapped holes, keyways, pockets, and helical interpolation in shafts up to 82" (2082mm) long.
